Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of XFactor Insider ("the App"), provided by XFactor Title & Closing ("XFactor"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

The App is for licensed real estate professionals, their authorized staff, approved sponsors and XFactor employees. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. XFactor may assign, change or remove roles and access at any time.

2. Information you submit

• You confirm you are authorized to submit client, transaction and document information and that it is accurate to your knowledge.
• Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials or wire instructions. XFactor will never request wire instructions through the App — always verify wiring by phone using a known XFactor number.
• You grant XFactor permission to use submitted information to provide title, closing and App services.

3. Title orders

Submitting an order is a request for services; it is not accepted until XFactor confirms receipt. Order statuses are updated by XFactor staff and may lag actual progress. Title commitments, policies and settlement statements are governed by their own documents, not these Terms.

4. Net sheets are estimates

Seller net sheets are estimates only, based on figures you enter and fee schedules that may change. They are not settlement statements, loan estimates, legal, tax or financial advice, or a guarantee of proceeds. Final figures appear only on the settlement statement. "Request XFactor Review" asks staff to check an estimate but does not create a binding quote.

5. Broker's Opens, routes and AI suggestions

Listing information is provided by agents, sponsors and staff and may change. Drive times come from Google Maps and are estimates. AI tour suggestions are generated automatically, may be incomplete, and should be checked before use. Obey traffic laws and property showing rules.

6. Sponsors and giveaways

Sponsor reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Giveaways follow their posted eligibility rules; entry never requires a review, a title order or marketing consent. XFactor may disqualify fraudulent entries. Winners are drawn by an auditable process.

7. Acceptable use

Do not access data you are not authorized to view, attempt to bypass security, upload malware or unlawful content, scrape the App, or use it to send spam or violate fair housing, privacy or real estate laws.

8. Intellectual property

The App and XFactor marks belong to XFactor. You keep ownership of content you submit. REALTOR® is a registered mark of the National Association of REALTORS®.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, XFactor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses from reliance on estimates, third-party data, or service interruptions.

10. Termination and changes

XFactor may suspend or end access for violations or security reasons. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.

11. Governing law and contact
